- It does seem that they listen to their users and incorporate the feedback into the design with each release. Disqus makes it painlessly easy to comment, and does a good job at blocking spam.
- Price Tapestry looks a bit "pricey".... Although I am using Datafeedr now which in long run may be more expensive than Price Tapestry. But at least with Datafeedr I don't spend any...

We have had some problems with releasing the sermons as podcasts so that part is a little out of date but we hope to get back on track soon.
Like you I have very limited experience of Joomla so I can't offer any advice about whether it would be better although Wordpress has been more than adequate for us.

Your church website looks great! I have not gone that far as podcasting. But you gave me a new idea.
The only reason I would ever consider Joomla is that Russian translation of it seams to be better. Witouth "langauge localization files" I manually translate the parts of the theme in Russian. Unfortunately as we go I discover more and more that needs translation, like 404 pages....
