Congratulations, Vlad. I don't know, I don't think that it'll be too difficult for you to defend that position. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you make it onto the first page eventually (with 10 results per page, of course).

    Thanks Chris,
I think this just proved to me that with a little planning and effort it is not that difficult to rank in Google after all. I am not sure though about the first 10 positions. We'll see.

Actually you are doing better than you thought

You are showing 10th here on Google.com and 19th on Google.pl

    lol Thanks Andy!

I guess its much harder to compete with those Poles ;)

Congratulations Vlad - I tried to do a search for my fist name but after about 10,000 I gave up *grins*

    Thanks Mark (from Bloglyne),
I amm not sure if I will benefit from it though. Trffic geerated by this keyword will be accidental to say the least. But it showed me that you can inporove rankings a bit for other keywors as well.

    Well done Vlad :)

It's a nice result to have even if it isn't a big money generator. I'm always checking how I rank for my first name too. I do well in google.co.uk but still got some work to do on the .com version!

    Thanks Fraser,
If it is of any help I use "dofollow" plugin in my comment area ;)
