Feedback: Advertising on CostPerNews

A while back I have decided to purchase advertising on Cost Per News- one of my favorite blogs about affiliate marketing. My decision was not influenced by any strategy in terms of SEO or otherwise. I was simply grateful to Sam Harrelson for providing such a great blog.

    I actually wanted to write this post in relation of having links/blogroll in your sidebar, since thre seems to be a dispute over how useful these links are. I am no SEO guru, but the results in my case proved some value of these links. You are welcome to use this post as you wish.

    Hey Vlad -

    I'd definitely suggest getting a minimum of a month of advertising with Sam or anywhere.

    Yes, you got the SE benefits in the week up there, but you're no longer there for Sam's visitors to click through to you.

    Shawn,

    I absolutely agree with you about palcing at least one month ad on Sam's blog. I am planing to do so in the future, while keeping my fingers crossed that he is not going to raise the prices lol.

    The reason I did it only for one week was to spare Sam's reputation :) . My blog is nothing comparing to all you guys! But I am thinking of placing ads to some of my other websites.

    Nothing could be further from the truth!

    You're making great content, causing discussions and grabbing attention. That's why I'm a subscriber here. Thankfully, there's no caste system in our realm of blogging so don't underestimate what you're creating here!

    Thank you! I am still discovering the beauty of blogging and how you can influence the industry, no matter how samll you are. But once again, I have been in affiliate marketing only one year, and actually did not start blogging until few months ago. Thanks again Sam.

    I nearly didn't post as I'm just going to repeat what has been said already :-)

    Firstly CostPerNews is a great place to advertise and I'm delighted to be able to do a little thing to support the great content that is produced and is making me think.

    Secondly - it's just the same over here Vlad, you have one of the best affiliate marketing blogs around.

    I appreciate it. To be honest if it was not because of BumpZee, which help me to discover so many great affiliate marketing blogs out there, I would probably never come to appreciate blogging.

    Well my site is down to 37th postition on Google for term "Vlad".... It would probably be on the first page by now had my link still been present on Sam's blog. oh well...
