I personally really enjoy consuming video and podcasts; especially when it is a subject you are passionate about. It will be interesting to see where it goes.

@Electro, I do as well, but not all of the video's in the blogosphere are produced with the quality in mind. I think Mark is doing great with his videos.

I am not a video-person. I'm morecomfortable programming time clock software than trying to make or edit a video, but I know it's time I have to do it. In my mind lack of knowing what to do as far as getting started making videos is a huge barrier. Distribution seems like it will be the easy part (check out http://www.richcontent.tv for example). I guess the trick will be to start with any old thing, then evaluate it asking "how can I improve?"
