I am not exactly sure about the details of PHP5 advantages but there are few scripts already (not related to WordPress) that will not function in PHP4. I am not that technical either. Just enough to get by.

I'm not much of a techi at all, as you probably know. What's the advantages of upgrading to PHP5? I don't even know what I'm using :)
